Compare Graboid Pearl And Onyx

Marcel Proust a fumetti

Suleiman

few years ago, wandering in the beautiful site of Marcel Proust Gabriella Alu I came here : Proust comic book! What amused me, because I could not see anything wrong (unlike Le Figaro ...).
About a month ago, the Library of Liss , after taking five DVDs of the week, I watched carefully the shelves of comic books. I intend to continue in 2010 with the post about comics, which gave us much satisfaction in these three years.
What is a good designer and a great organizer of the pages that draw. That certainly has read Proust, I found no blunders or historical changes. That his work is a pleasant and helpful. Inevitably, the urge to take over for the umpteenth time Recherche (to Proust ...).
For this post, I follow a method I have adopted some months ago for a similar operation at the end: two posts for a film about Hell of Dante Alighieri . The film Giuseppe Berardi was created in 1911 e. .. lasts 15 minutes (!). I put a series of still images taken from films in the verses of Dante. The visitors were more than I imagined. And here, in some designs of Stéphane Heuet I post the songs of Marcel Proust that I find most relevant. A seemingly easy way, but not quite simple. Using the translation of Natalia Ginzburg Einaudi Editore, 1963 . E 'should be extended images, if you want to read the lyrics ... But ... um ... lettering!

It just sounded for dinner, I was eager to rush to the dining room, where the big hanging lamp, which he knew nothing of Golo and Bluebeard, and knew my stew and, spreading its light every night, and falling into the arms of her mother, that the misfortunes of Geneviève of Brabant made me more dear, while the crimes of Golo leads me to examine my own conscience more scrupulously.

My only consolation, when I went to lie down, was that the mother was giving me a kiss when I was in bed. But that "good night" was so short, she down again so soon, that time when I felt it go up, then when he went into the corridor by double doors the sound of her light muslin dress blue garden, from which hung strings plaited straw, it was a painful moment for me. Say what would follow, in which she would leave me and would back down.

She sent for one of those short and plump cakes called "La Maddalena", which appear to have been slotted as a mold the valve of a shell of St James. And here, mechanically, oppressed by the gray day and the expectation of a sad day, I took a teaspoon of tea to his lips, when I inzuppatp a piece of "Magdalene." But at the same time that this drink mixed with cake crumbs touched my palate, startled, alert me to what happened in overtime. A delicious pleasure m'aveva invaded, isolated, with no suggestion of its origin.

fact, a permanent base of eggs, chops, potatoes, preserves, biscuits, che non ci annunziava neppure più, Françoise aggiungeva, - a seconda dei lavori dei campi e dei frutteti, delle vicende della pesca, dei casi del commercio, delle cortesie dei vicini e del suo genio, talché il nostro menu , come quei quadrifogli che nel secolo XIII si scolpivano sulla porta maggiore delle cattedrali, rifletteva un poco il ritmo delle stagioni e gli episodi della vita, - una sogliola, perché la pescivendola gliene aveva garantita la freschezza; un tacchino, perché ne aveva visto uno bello al mercato di Roussainville-le-Pin; dei cardi con la salsa, perché non ce li aveva ancora serviti in quella maniera; del castrato arrosto, perché l'aria aperta fa un vuoto e per le sette c'era bene il tempo to send him down, spinach, to change, apricots, they were still a rarity, black currant, because in two weeks there would be no more; strawberries brought specially from Swann, cherries, the first ones that came from the cherry tree in the garden after two years he no longer dates, cream cheese that I liked once, an almond cake, because the day before had commanded a cake, because it was our turn to offer.

few days later, met out of his uncle, who passed in an open coach, you feel pain, gratitude, remorse that I wanted to express. In comparison to their vastness I felt that a scappellata would have been petty, and might have assumed his uncle that I did not believe in debt to him that of a common courtesy. I resolved to abstain from that act of insufficient and turned his head. The uncle I think in this I followed my orders, do not miss them, and died after several years without anyone of us has reviewed.

When the weather is clear you can see up to Verneuil. Above all, they embrace in one stage with eyes that usually does things is impossible without one without the other, as the course of the Vivonne and the ditches at Saint-Assise-lès-Combray, from which is divided by a curtain of ' tall trees and even how the various channels di Jouy-le-Vicomte ( Gaudiacus vice comitis , come sapete).

Mi immaginai di piacerle, mi figurai would have thought that even after I left the church, and that my account would be sad in the evening Guermantes.

So I was often up in the morning thinking about the times Combray, to my sad nights without sleep, many days even in the picture was from my most recently been returned by the taste - a Combray would have said "perfume" - of a cup of tea, and by association of memories to what I had learned many years later left the town around a love of Swann prior to my birth, with that accuracy of details easier to obtain sometimes for the life of people who died centuries ago than for that of our best friends, and that seems impossible as it seemed impossible to talk about from city to city, until you ignore the means to circumvent quell'impossibilità.

the demonstration of pensioners in the center of Rome also participates Umberto Domenico Ferrari ( Carlo Battisti), who was holding a leash and a muzzle. He brought the dog Flaik . The police intervened to disband the authority and the procession there will be a general stampede.

Umberto Flaik picks her up and takes refuge in a doorway with another senior. Now you can breathe and also Flaik is quiet. Umberto then go to the soup kitchen and does something wrong, hiding under the table Flaik passing his plate. Is criticized and it is said that if this continues it can no longer approach the table.

Umberto lives in Via San Martino della Battaglia 14. It 's a senior Ministry of Public Works, his pension amounted to 18,000 lire a month, but not enough. Going home, sell his watch for 3,000 lire. A surprise awaits him: his rented room is occupied. Antonia the landlady (Lina Gennari ) was given in use fee an irregular pair. Umberto protest, but the owner takes his cue to say that Umberto has to pay the arrears. Umberto offers 3,000, but she refuses: she wants to pay everything at once. Umberto is unleashed with Mary, the maid ( Casile Maria Pia) who is a friend, but she has a problem, that of being pregnant. Do not know if the father of the unborn child is the military or Florence to Naples. The only Flaik is happy: it is fed, Umberto makes him play (instead of reading the book) can get on the bed of Humbert, the preferred place. There is an evening stroll: Umberto, fearing eviction, sells a good book kiosk that trades in used books. Give 2000 lire. Through Mary, who acts as his ambassador, offers 5,000 lire to the lady who continues to refuse: either pays for everything (I think between 10,000 and 15,000 pounds) or any eviction. A Umberto a fever that night.

Umberto advantage of the fever to get to the hospital (where you do not spend anything). Before leaving with the porters, SPEGA one of them is better than face Flaik play with the ball, so the dog is distracted, otherwise, would be back. During the few days that Umberto go to the hospital, does not see Flaik, except once when Mary came to visit him and let Flaik one of the two soldiers that awaits the street. Umberto opens the window lane to be heard by Flaik, but protests from residents forced him to close immediately.

nasty surprise for Humbert, leaving hospital: Flaik at home there. He realizes that the lady was leaving the door open, hoping to get rid of the dog first and then Umberto. Maria knows nothing, lost in his problems which can not go (also try a rudimentary attempt to abortion). Umberto took a taxi to rush to the municipal dog pound. Learns that dogs catching, if not the applicant has in a few days - which still must pay the fine - are eliminated with gas. With the latest arrival of the dogs taken that day, Umberto has the joy of finding Flaik.

Before entering the house, Umberto take satisfaction: he sees the lady down the stairs with his friend ( Alberto Albani Barbieri ) and throw the dog at his feet. The masons are at work in the room, no longer his, what?

Begging to passers-by, here. Umberto saw as some acquaintances of the soup kitchen: reaching out, but the shame is too much, can not do it to keep the palm open. But there Flaik! And here Flaik hat in hand in front of the Pantheon. Passing by a colleague Ministry of the scene and look wonderful. Umberto says that the dog is playing, the other looks at the dog and who knows what he thinks. No alms.

Sitting on the bed covered by the newspapers - the masons working - Umberto take a decision that concerns only him. He tells Mary that he will go from there permanently. Puts them in a suitcase the few things that have (however well-ordered), and goes with Flaik, which would leave in a hostel for dogs. But it is a wicked place, there are big dogs in Flaik afraid to leave and the money would be enough to rent a month or two. Umberto goes into a public garden. A girl playing with Flaik. Umberto search to ensure that the child is disease and keep the dog, but the girl's relatives do not want it.

Near the garden there is the railway. Umberto's intention was to throw herself under a train to end it all. At this point, we have to take the dog in her arms and wait to pass the final train for both. But Flaik understand and escape when the train is coming. Umberto's go back.

Flaik does not trust the owner, is behind a pine tree. Umberto understands that there must be patience and try a large pine cone, which he throws like a ball. Finally Flaik gets involved and it approximates to Umberto. The film ends as Umberto and Flaik are playing together.

MANIFESTO

A. Constructive dialogue between the operators to seek a better offer to citizens, greater synergy between the forces involved and a collective growth.
E. Improving the process of allocating public funding for culture. Creation of a regulation that includes one (or two, one per semester) annual call for cultural operators (associations and individuals) with an expiry date, date of online publication of beneficiaries within two months from the date of expiry, providing complete funds no later than three months after the conclusion of the event.
F. Constant search for meritocracy in the allocation of public funds. Proposal to follow the selection criteria similar to those of European calls for which have a value, artistic director of curriculum, the history of an organization, the national and international significance of an event, the media coverage at national and international public attention, the ability of an organization as found raiser.
G. Qualification of the Department of Culture. Stop the appointment of Head of Culture without curriculum in arts and management (at least for the institutions of a certain size). Managing the cultural sector and the resources allocated to the public culture is actually far more complex than the public might believe. The Departments of Culture, salaried by the citizens to better manage their funds, before accepting appointment, they should be allowed to know what skills are required to match the situation.
H. Clogging of the work of the Department of Culture. Stop the request directly to the institutions, by professional artists and non-fund CDs, books, calendars and other editorial products, although of regional interest. A good regional law for publishing and would be a better solution especially for the artists themselves and certainly would simplify the work of Councillors.
I. Optimal management of public spaces. The management of organizational spaces more qualified for the promotion of culture of a city (for example the Castello Svevo of Termoli) should be entrusted, through competitive tender, to a private (cooperative farm) or to a company owned pubblica fondata con personale qualificato.
And 'their duty to know all the realities on the ground.

Le attrici di Rohmer (3)

Amanda Langlet (Margot) in "Conte d'été" (1996)

Suleiman

I must say that in this third post on actresses Eric Rohmer's missing actresses of her last two films: "Triple Agent" (2004) and "Les amours d'Astrée et de Celadon" (2007). The reason is simple: these two films I have not seen yet. The pictures I would, with a little 'hard work I could also identify the individual actresses, but not to customize the images on the basis of my experience in direct the film ( taken in the sense that I am being taken from the movie, not vice versa). So I focus on two movies I saw and see it again, "Conte d'été" (1996) and "Conte d'automne" (1998).

Amanda Langlet in "Conte d'été" (1996)

Margot (Amanda Langlet ) Summer is a waitress in her aunt's pension. But he wants people to know that studies by ethnologist and anthropologist. Her boyfriend is in Polynesia. It 's you that is being done to find Gaspard (Melvil Poupaud ) noticed after sitting alone at a table in the board.

Gwenaëlle Simon in "Conte d'été" (1996)

Solène ( Gwenaëlle Simon) is the beautiful brunette that night in a note Gaspard a dance outdoors. Margot, who is Gaspard's friend, warns him, but it will Solène, as did Margot, to take the first step with Gaspard.

Aurelia Nolin in "Conte d'été" (1996)

Solène and Gaspard together. Solène learn (and sing) a song written by Gaspard, who is a mathematician but also a musician.
As the movie ends? Gaspard, torn between three girls, find the solution in the call from a friend who says he has finally found the recorder professional looking. Two letters, one to Lena, the other Solène. A walk with Margot and Gaspard goes, having (perhaps) learned something: mathematics and music know, a little 'less than romantic relationships. Three small
careers in film and TV for Amanda Langlet, Aurelia Nolin Gwenaëlle and Simon.

during the Rohmer's film "Conte d'été. "Around him are the interpreters of the film, behind, a magnificent location Breton, between Dinard and Saint-Malo.

The three actresses of "Conte d'automne" (1998):
Béatrice Romand, Marie Rivière, Alexia Portal

In "Conte d'automne," the bookseller Isabelle (Marie Rivière ) wants her friend Vignaiola Magali (Béatrice Romand ), who is widowed and alone, find a husband, and places, without the knowledge of Magali, a matrimonial advertisement in a newspaper. Even Rosine (Alexia Portal ) the girlfriend of Magali's son, wants the same thing, and tries to encourage the creation of a relationship between Magali and Etienne (Didier Sandre ), a philosophy professor with whom he had a Rosine report. The advertisement in the newspaper responds Gérald (Alain Libolt ). At the first appointment is Isabelle, who pretends to be her husband one that tries.

The delicate situation of Rosine, who is the girlfriend of Magali's son (but maybe it takes more than good to the Magali Tardy) and trying to push towards Etienne Magali.

Di Marie Rivière e Béatrice Romand I said. Alexia Portal is doing an excellent career. He has already done more than twenty films.

Lucy Russell in "L'Anglaise et le Duc" (2001)

Two views of Grace Elliot (Lucy Russell ) in the film "L'Anglaise et le duc "(2001). An English aristocrat (a little 'demi-monde ) which is involved in the French Revolution. Small parts in the film Charlotte are very, Rosette, Marie Rivière. By Lucy Russell Excellent career almost thirty feature films.
