few years ago, wandering in the beautiful site of Marcel Proust Gabriella Alu I came here : Proust comic book! What amused me, because I could not see anything wrong (unlike Le Figaro ...).
About a month ago, the Library of Liss , after taking five DVDs of the week, I watched carefully the shelves of comic books. I intend to continue in 2010 with the post about comics, which gave us much satisfaction in these three years.
What is a good designer and a great organizer of the pages that draw. That certainly has read Proust, I found no blunders or historical changes. That his work is a pleasant and helpful. Inevitably, the urge to take over for the umpteenth time Recherche (to Proust ...).
For this post, I follow a method I have adopted some months ago for a similar operation at the end: two posts for a film about Hell of Dante Alighieri . The film Giuseppe Berardi was created in 1911 e. .. lasts 15 minutes (!). I put a series of still images taken from films in the verses of Dante. The visitors were more than I imagined. And here, in some designs of Stéphane Heuet I post the songs of Marcel Proust that I find most relevant. A seemingly easy way, but not quite simple. Using the translation of Natalia Ginzburg Einaudi Editore, 1963 . E 'should be extended images, if you want to read the lyrics ... But ... um ... lettering!
It just sounded for dinner, I was eager to rush to the dining room, where the big hanging lamp, which he knew nothing of Golo and Bluebeard, and knew my stew and, spreading its light every night, and falling into the arms of her mother, that the misfortunes of Geneviève of Brabant made me more dear, while the crimes of Golo leads me to examine my own conscience more scrupulously.
My only consolation, when I went to lie down, was that the mother was giving me a kiss when I was in bed. But that "good night" was so short, she down again so soon, that time when I felt it go up, then when he went into the corridor by double doors the sound of her light muslin dress blue garden, from which hung strings plaited straw, it was a painful moment for me. Say what would follow, in which she would leave me and would back down.
She sent for one of those short and plump cakes called "La Maddalena", which appear to have been slotted as a mold the valve of a shell of St James. And here, mechanically, oppressed by the gray day and the expectation of a sad day, I took a teaspoon of tea to his lips, when I inzuppatp a piece of "Magdalene." But at the same time that this drink mixed with cake crumbs touched my palate, startled, alert me to what happened in overtime. A delicious pleasure m'aveva invaded, isolated, with no suggestion of its origin.
fact, a permanent base of eggs, chops, potatoes, preserves, biscuits, che non ci annunziava neppure più, Françoise aggiungeva, - a seconda dei lavori dei campi e dei frutteti, delle vicende della pesca, dei casi del commercio, delle cortesie dei vicini e del suo genio, talché il nostro menu , come quei quadrifogli che nel secolo XIII si scolpivano sulla porta maggiore delle cattedrali, rifletteva un poco il ritmo delle stagioni e gli episodi della vita, - una sogliola, perché la pescivendola gliene aveva garantita la freschezza; un tacchino, perché ne aveva visto uno bello al mercato di Roussainville-le-Pin; dei cardi con la salsa, perché non ce li aveva ancora serviti in quella maniera; del castrato arrosto, perché l'aria aperta fa un vuoto e per le sette c'era bene il tempo to send him down, spinach, to change, apricots, they were still a rarity, black currant, because in two weeks there would be no more; strawberries brought specially from Swann, cherries, the first ones that came from the cherry tree in the garden after two years he no longer dates, cream cheese that I liked once, an almond cake, because the day before had commanded a cake, because it was our turn to offer.
few days later, met out of his uncle, who passed in an open coach, you feel pain, gratitude, remorse that I wanted to express. In comparison to their vastness I felt that a scappellata would have been petty, and might have assumed his uncle that I did not believe in debt to him that of a common courtesy. I resolved to abstain from that act of insufficient and turned his head. The uncle I think in this I followed my orders, do not miss them, and died after several years without anyone of us has reviewed.
When the weather is clear you can see up to Verneuil. Above all, they embrace in one stage with eyes that usually does things is impossible without one without the other, as the course of the Vivonne and the ditches at Saint-Assise-lès-Combray, from which is divided by a curtain of ' tall trees and even how the various channels di Jouy-le-Vicomte ( Gaudiacus vice comitis , come sapete).
Mi immaginai di piacerle, mi figurai would have thought that even after I left the church, and that my account would be sad in the evening Guermantes.
So I was often up in the morning thinking about the times Combray, to my sad nights without sleep, many days even in the picture was from my most recently been returned by the taste - a Combray would have said "perfume" - of a cup of tea, and by association of memories to what I had learned many years later left the town around a love of Swann prior to my birth, with that accuracy of details easier to obtain sometimes for the life of people who died centuries ago than for that of our best friends, and that seems impossible as it seemed impossible to talk about from city to city, until you ignore the means to circumvent quell'impossibilità.
